Foresteria dell’Aia was born at the end of the 1980s, almost by chance, but with a clear vocation from the very beginning: hospitality. It all started with the spontaneous question from some German tourists who, upon arriving in our village, asked: “Zimmer? Zimmer?” At that moment, the “aia” — a simple, convivial space full of rural life — became a refuge for those seeking authenticity, tranquility, and warmth. We are located in Castelnuovo Berardenga, a small medieval village at the gates of the Chianti region in Siena, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and hills that look like paintings. Our establishment is situated right within a traditional “aia,” just a few steps from the town’s main square. At Foresteria dell’Aia, we believe hospitality is above all a human gesture, which is why we welcome every guest as if they were family. Welcome to Foresteria dell’Aia.
